The Performer
Multi award winning underwater cinematographer George Evatt, is a specialist natural history producer/director with over 20 years experience working under water. In 2004 he received the prestigious 2004 Whitley Medal for best publication on the natural history of Australian animals. From Antarctica to the Equator, he has filmed underwater for documentaries, cinema films, TV commercials and educational productions. His documentaries have screened around the world, such National Geographic (US), Discovery Channel (Canada), ABC TV, and the BBC Natural History Unit. Since 2004, over 87,700 students have enjoyed the captivating journey with George into our “Amazing Australian Marine Life”.
